Every user must read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 88td platform. This document is considered a legally binding agreement between you and 88td.
For users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 88td platform and all its services. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the 88td platform immediately.

88td reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. When verification is required, the user may be asked to present a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. If the required documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. 88td reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit any deposited funds if false or misleading information is provided.
3.2 Security of Login Credentials
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity that takes place through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 88td support team immediately.
3.3 Right to Close an Account
88td reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms
- Attempting fraudulent activity or system manipulation
- Operating an account under a false identity
- Evidence of money laundering or suspicious transactions
- Instructions from a court or law enforcement agency
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount
The 88td platform currently accepts deposits through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — transferring to another person's account is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Transaction Verification
88td reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. This process is done entirely to protect the user's interests.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the 88td platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A user cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
- 88td reserves the right to determine eligibility for bonuses.
- If a bonus is obtained through fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
- 88td reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Only one bonus offer may be active at a time.
6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the 88td platform are operated fairly and transparently. Our game engine uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which determines every outcome in a completely random manner. No user or employee has the ability to predetermine game results.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bots, or automated tools
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Using multiple accounts to gain bonuses or other benefits
- Colluding with other users to manipulate games
- Any form of fraud or false claims regarding game results
6.3 Technical Errors
If an abnormal result occurs in a game due to a technical error, 88td reserves the right to void that specific round. In such cases, the affected user's bet will be refunded.

7.1 VIP Tiers
The 88td VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback and basic benefits.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback and enhanced benefits.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback and premium benefits.
7.2 VIP Tier Determination
VIP tier is determined based on a user's gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Advancing to a higher tier depends on sustained activity. 88td reserves the right to make the final decision regarding VIP benefits.
